Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the net303 website accessible at https://net303.beer and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces.
• "User" / "Player" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the net303 Platform and uses its services.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a User on the Platform, through which gaming services are accessed.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by net303 that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a User must bet before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process mandated by our licensing obligations.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which accessing the Platform is explicitly illegal under applicable law.
• "Sporting Event" refers to any live or pre-match competitive sports occurrence on which the Platform offers wagering markets.

To register and use the net303 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. net303 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request identity documentation to confirm age.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a location where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate registrations are not permitted).
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through net303 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when funding an account, placing bets, or collecting winnings.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

net303 acknowledges that a significant proportion of its user base comprises players accessing the Platform from Indonesia. Users in Indonesia are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with applicable Indonesian law, including but not limited to the Public Gambling Act 1867. net303 operates under an internationally issued gaming license and does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You acknowledge that providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure without notice.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password — strictly confidential. net303 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

net303 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

net303 is obligated under its international gaming license to verify the identity of all registered Users prior to processing withdrawals or when transaction volumes exceed defined thresholds. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

To complete KYC, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional), showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and national identification number.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document issued within the last three months, clearly showing your full name and current Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, showing your name and account number. Accepted institutions include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All submitted documents must be legible, unedited, and valid at the time of submission. net303 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage if the initial submission is insufficient to complete verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended until verification is fulfilled.

All deposits and withdrawals on the net303 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). We do not currently support transactions in foreign currencies.

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes depending on the payment method selected. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Accepted deposit channels include:

• Bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–15 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your net303 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

net303 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. These checks may extend processing times by up to 24 hours. In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, withdrawals may be held pending investigation without prior notice.

Deposits made via bonus promotions are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Clause 6 before the associated winnings may be withdrawn. Depositing solely to exploit promotional offers without genuine gameplay intent may be classified as bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.

net303 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless specific promotion pages state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available once per User, household, IP address, and device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from wagering bonus funds — after the wagering requirement is satisfied — are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified for each bonus. Unmet requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Certain game types (e.g., live dealer games, certain togel (traditional numbers lottery) draw games) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• net303 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting wagering patterns that carry minimal risk, coordinating with other players to fulfill requirements, or using arbitrage strategies — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

Specific promotions tied to Indonesian sporting events — such as BRI Liga 1 season offers, Timnas Indonesia qualifier specials, or Idul Fitri seasonal promotions — will carry their own specific terms published alongside each offer. General bonus terms apply where specific terms are silent.

All games available on net303 — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and specialty products — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms.

For sports betting, including football markets such as bandar bola (football bookmaker markets), mix parlay (accumulator) betting, and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, the following rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. net303 does not accept requests to cancel or modify placed bets except where a market is voided due to event cancellation.
• In the event of a sporting event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the relevant event's specific settlement rules, which are published in the sports betting section of the Platform.
• net303 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous or palpably incorrect price. Users will be notified and the staked amount refunded in full.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

For casino games and slots, all outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee results on any individual session or spin. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the net303 Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including winnings), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account under any circumstances.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes (chargebacks) after depositing and wagering funds.

• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies across markets in a manner that constitutes risk-free or near-risk-free wagering.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to the concealment, layering, or integration of funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Impersonation: Registering under another person's identity or allowing another person to access your Account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or content.
• Use the net303 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorized by net303.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, net303 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet disruptions, or power outages affecting server infrastructure).
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently identified as the result of a technical malfunction. In such cases, net303's sole obligation is to refund the stake amount placed on the affected round.
• Reliance on any information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional terms that contained typographical errors.

In all cases, net303's maximum aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

net303 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

Termination by net303: net303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful behavior.
• You have provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• A regulatory authority, financial institution, or law enforcement agency requires us to do so.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of the Platform.

In cases of termination for cause, net303 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where investigations confirm a breach, funds may be forfeited in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which net303 holds its valid international online gaming license. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of local law.

Users accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law. By using the Platform, you accept full personal responsibility for ensuring your use complies with applicable local regulations. net303 makes no warranty that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

net303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations — net303 will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an on-platform notification, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

For minor amendments (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or non-substantive formatting changes), net303 may update the Terms without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
